THONIS LEGAL CENTER · EFFECTIVE AUGUST 25, 2026
Website terms and evaluation boundaries.
These public terms explain how THONIS information, synthetic demonstrations, security research, sensitive data, intellectual property, third-party references, and early evaluations may be used. Customer subscriptions, pilots, professional services, data processing, security obligations, service levels, and liability require a separate signed agreement.
This page is a public operating boundary, not legal advice. Production agreements and jurisdiction-specific notices require qualified legal review before use.
01Site purpose and acceptance
This website provides information about THONIS SYSTEMS LLC, Dextra product direction, current prototype evidence, public synthetic demonstrations, and ways to request a scoped discussion. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these boundaries. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
02No automatic customer or Government relationship
Viewing the site, preparing a browser-local inquiry, running a demo, sending an email, or discussing an opportunity does not create a contract, confidential relationship, procurement commitment, agency relationship, partnership, certification, authorization, or Government endorsement. THONIS does not receive a prepared inquiry unless the visitor deliberately sends the email. A binding engagement requires a written agreement signed by authorized parties.
03Synthetic demonstrations
Public demonstrations use fictional or synthetic records and are provided to inspect workflow mechanics. They are not production systems, compliance assessments, professional opinions, customer results, destination acceptance, standards conformance, flight evidence, safety cases, or operational authorizations.
04No sensitive-data intake
Do not enter, send, or upload classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data, credentials, keys, personal data, regulated records, source code, customer evidence, proprietary mission details, or other sensitive material through the browser-local inquiry, public demos, ordinary email, or any unapproved channel. THONIS must first define an authorized intake, processing, retention, and deletion path.
05Permitted use
You may view public pages, use public synthetic demonstrations for internal evaluation, and share ordinary links. You may not misrepresent THONIS claims, remove notices, impersonate another party, access non-public systems, bypass controls, interfere with service, scrape contrary to technical or contractual restrictions, or use THONIS materials to violate law or third-party rights.
06Security research
Good-faith research on THONIS-controlled public assets must follow the responsible-disclosure policy. Do not test customer systems, third-party services, private repositories, employee accounts, physical facilities, or infrastructure not expressly identified as in scope. Do not exfiltrate data, persist access, cause denial of service, or publish exploitable detail before coordinated review.
07Intellectual property and marks
Unless a separate notice says otherwise, the site, Dextra product names, designs, text, code delivered through the site, diagrams, demonstration content, and THONIS brand assets are owned by or licensed to THONIS. No source-code, patent, trademark, data, training, derivative-work, distribution, or commercial-use license is granted merely by access.
08Feedback
Do not send confidential feedback without an agreement. Ordinary suggestions may be considered without an obligation to implement, compensate, or treat them as confidential, while ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property remains yours.
09Third-party names, links, and standards
Third-party products, standards, agencies, and links are identified for context, integration planning, or primary-source reference. Their inclusion does not establish affiliation, partnership, endorsement, certification, interoperability, acceptance, or rights. Third-party terms and privacy practices govern their services.
10Export controls, sanctions, and end use
Software and technology can be subject to export, reexport, transfer, sanctions, end-user, end-use, and U.S.-person restrictions. Users are responsible for lawful access and transfer. No controlled release should occur until the exact item, jurisdiction, classification, destination, recipient, end use, and required authorization are reviewed by qualified counsel or an authorized compliance function.
11No professional advice or reliance
Website content is not legal advice, accounting advice, engineering approval, airworthiness evidence, cybersecurity certification, independent assessment, standards interpretation for a specific contract, or a substitute for qualified judgment. Decisions must rely on the controlling agreement, current primary authority, target environment, and appropriately authorized reviewer.
12Availability, warranties, and production terms
Public material is provided for evaluation and may change or be unavailable. The website does not create a service level, warranty, support obligation, security addendum, data-processing agreement, acceptance criterion, or liability allocation. Those terms, including remedies and limitations, belong in the signed agreement for the selected service and jurisdiction.
13Privacy and accessibility
Use of the site is also subject to the published privacy notice. THONIS aims to provide accessible public material and accepts accessibility reports through the listed company contact.
14Changes and controlling terms
THONIS may update this page as products, services, law, or operating practices change. The effective date identifies the current public version. A signed agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with this website page.
